3. ZAMÓWIENIA
3.1. Zamówienia składane są za pośrednictwem strony internetowej.
3.2. Zawarcie umowy następuje po potwierdzeniu zamówienia przez Sprzedawcę.
3.3. Płatność dokonywana jest za pomocą Przelewy24 lub innych dostępnych form.
4. DOSTAWA
4.1. Dostawa odbywa się na terenie Polski i krajów zagranicznych.
4.2. Koszty dostawy są wskazywane podczas składania zamówienia.
4.3. Czas realizacji zamówienia wynosi od 2 do 3 dni roboczych, w wyjątkowych sytuacjach do 5 dni roboczych.
5. PRAWO ODSTĄPIENIA OD UMOWY
5.1. Konsument może odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania towaru bez podania przyczyny.
5.2. Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, należy wysłać informację na: timelypetproducts@gmail.com
5.3. Zwrot pieniędzy nastąpi w terminie do 14 dni od otrzymania zwracanego towaru.
6. REKLAMACJE

6.2. Reklamacje są rozpatrywane w terminie do 14 dni kalendarzowych.
6.3. W przypadku uzasadnionej reklamacji Klient otrzymuje naprawiony produkt, nowy produkt lub zwrot pieniędzy.

7.2. Dane są przetwarzane w celu realizacji zamówień zgodnie z RODO.
7.3. Klient ma prawo do wglądu, poprawienia i żądania usunięcia danych.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. Seller – Timely Pet Products, Timely Monika Klimek
2.2. Customer – a natural or legal person placing an order
2.3. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity
3. ORDERS
3.1. Orders are placed via the website.
3.2. The contract is concluded after the order is confirmed by the Seller.
3.3. Payment is made via Przelewy24 or other available methods.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery is available within Poland and abroad.
4.2. Delivery costs are indicated during the order placement.
4.3. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 3 business days, in exceptional cases up to 5 business days.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a message to: timelypetproducts@gmail.com
5.3. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1. Complaints should be sent to: timelypetproducts@gmail.com or in writing to: ul. Stroma 40, 43-340 Kozy.
6.2. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
6.3. In the case of a justified complaint, the Customer will receive a repaired product, a new product, or a refund.
